Don’t pay before you get the work done!

I sent my wife to get the tires mounted and balanced on our BMW X5. The driver side rear wheel was missing one lug nut and the mechanic refused to dismount the wheel. My wife had to take the car to an auto parts store and purchase a lug nut/stud for the wheel before Sam’s would resume mounting the tires. She went back to Sam’s and now the mechanic was on his lunch break! After waiting for him to start working on our vehicle, he finally came back and stated that he could not get the other lug nuts loose on the wheel. He took the new tire and placed it in the rear of our X5 and told her to get it mounted somewhere else! I still paid the full price for mounting four tires!!!
