The staff was absolutely fantastic!  I had multiple interactions with a number of different employees, all were professional and very friendly while providing multiple options for both products and services.  When I got home from purchasing my new Pirelli tires on Thursday night at 4pm, with my installation scheduled for Monday;and found my wife’s back tire on the rim completely flat and showing wire underneath the tread, they were able to find a way to rearrange there schedule for me. They helped my family and kept my wife and kids from driving on unsafe tires, and they did not have to do that! The level of care and humanity shown by this crew should be rewarded! Thank you to Nathan for helping me get the best price and product and all the crew who worked past open hours to finish my installation! You guys are awesome!!!!

Need solutions, got people who care!

I like the look of these tires on my vehicle and I haven’t used them in Snow yet so I can’t say anything about the traction. But I really like that they are not loud.

Smooth quiet ride, handles great in heavy rain, great traction. Its Spring now so cant comment on snow yet. So happy I purchased these. I was looking for a Quiet tire because I couldnt handle the road noise in my Honda CRV with the OEM set. Wow what a difference. Smooth Sailing Now!!!

Fantastic tires again! We've been buying Pirelli tires for years now and once again glad to have another high miles good solid tire on our vehicle!

Great tires and worth the value - high miles

The customer staff at Sam’s was excellent. From making an appointment OnLine through the tire installation the Staff Members did a great job. Mind you the day of my service customers were in line and the parking was packed. The tire product seems very quiet on the road with good handling on rainy days. The price was excellent.  $40 less per tire than the competitors. 
Looking forward to their tire rotation and spin balance service for many miles to come.

Great customer service

I ordered a full set of Pirelli tires for my car.  I received a call that they were in, so I set up an appointment to have them installed on June 16th.  Sam's had triple booked their appointments and at that time, 11 am, only one worker had shown up for work.  Then they told me that "they had ordered"   the wrong size tires.  They would fit my car but they were a size bigger than I needed or wanted.  They said it would now cost me about $30 more, I said ok but my thought was that since you (Sam's) had made the mistake, that you (Sam's) should eat the difference or give me some kind of a discount because of your mistake,  That was not offered.  When I originally ordered my tires on June 7th, I paid for them in full $749.93.  This amount included the tax.  On June 16th, once I had the tires installed, a man at the service desk, handed me an envelope and said that the warranty and all of my papers were inside.  I didn't  check it out.  I went home and looked at the papers.  They were all related to the original sale of the tires back on June 7th and showed the tire size as the ones that I had originally ordered.  There was no mention of the tires that they had just installed that were not the correct size of tires had I had ordered.  If something went wrong with the tires they had just put on, I would not have had any proof that I had purchased them as my papers all listed another size.   I did later get an e-mailed statement showing the correct tire size.  Then I realized that I had paid an additional $68.96 not thirty some dollars that had been mentioned previously.   What the sales person had done was subtract the original sale plus tax from the current sale amount that also included tax and that was the $68.96.  The way I see it is that I have paid tax twice.  I am not happy about the way that Sam's Club handled my transaction.  The sales lady was going crazy with walk-up customers that they couldn't help due to a lack of workers.  Customers were upset, Sam's was losing money and they were trying to install my tires and figure out my bill and I was in the middle of things.  Bill wise, they took the easy way out.  They subtracted my original tire payment from the more expensive tire payment both showing taxes paid, and I was charged the difference,  making me pay double taxes.   I only signed up for  a Sam's Club Membership to save money on tires.  I am recently widowed and thought I could save money and get to enjoy a year of Sam's.  I am alone so there is very little that would benefit me to buy there in quantity.,    Now I'm not so sure I should have taken the time to join. I 'm not very happy.

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Awful tires. 

If I could I would give them zero stars. I bought these in May last year, they were ok, nothing special considering they’re Pirellis.

Fast forward less than a year, and 33k miles, I got denied balance and rotation because the tires were already too low. (Mind you they have an alleged thread wear warranty of 75k miles. 
So in less than half the miles I’ve gone thru the thread, I drive a compact suv, nothing powerful or agile to put the blame on my driving. 

These tires are just trash.
