Great tires bad service

I purchased these tires and paid for the mounting all online via the Sam's website. They called me for my appointment when the tires came in. I get there , give them my keys and leave to do some shopping, ten minutes later I get a call for me to come back to the counter. There they tell me that they don't have the capability to lift my 2023 Cadillac ct5. So I'm stuck with 4 tires that can't fit in my trunk or backseat and now I have to call around to find a company to mount my tires the same day and I had to rent a truck to get the tires to the company. So why couldn't they tell me that they couldn't lift my car prior to me purchasing the tires since I had to put all my car's information in to get the tires that went on my vehicle. Cost me an extra $250 ! But I love the tires! The best I've had. The ride was amazing!
