Inspired by a True Story
The creation of PhoLicious is inspired by the journey of Anh, who left Vietnam with her parents when she was just 6 years old. After surviving pirate attacks and finding refuge in the United States, Anh and her family settled in St. Louis, MO. Years later, Anh met Joseph and they eventually settled in Texas.
A Taste of Tradition
When the 2020 pandemic led to the closure of pho restaurants, Anh partnered with her mother, Mama Thu, to create PhoLicious. Their aim was to bring the authentic taste of pho, a traditional Vietnamese soup, to homes around the world. The result is a delicious, quick, and easy-to-prepare meal that brings the authentic taste of Vietnamese Pho from their home to yours.

yes it's VEGETARIAN
To all of the people that lack reading comprehension: the chicken, beef, and vegetarian bowls all have the same label. However, the ingredients are separated by the parentheses. In case you don't know what a parentheses is, it's these (). And in case you don't know what a parentheses does, it provides extra information that can clarify or explain that information. Anyways, inside the parentheses it says "(chicken bowls: rendered chicken fat/ beef bowls: beef tallow)." So, is this at all talking about the vegetarian bowl? NO. It is saying the CHICKEN bowls has rendered chicken fat and the BEEF bowls has beef tallow. And guess what? Everything outside of the parentheses is what the vegetarian bowls are made out of. You're welcome everyone.
