The Snoopy cake was made just as the picture. It was so cute and my husband loved it.  Due to the size of the decorations i had to put them on at home but it was no issue. As always the cake was delicious.

Great Birthday Cake!

Loved this cake %26 the hand piping “Happy Birthday” in icing is the prettiest I've ever seen! 
Ordered online two days prior. Received a txt that it was ready for pickup an hour ahead of scheduled time on a busy Valentine's Day.
Can't beat the price considering the size and snoopy accessories the go on top.

Amazing 🤩

A delicious cake! Moist and tasty. I was so excited to get a Snoopy cake. I love that with some cakes you can order a cake and get it within 24-48 hours. Cake a solid 10/10. Trying to order the cake online as you can't do it in person anymore? 0/10. I spent hours, yes, hours trying to order 2 cakes. I couldn't order the other cake as it wouldn't be ready for over a week. Third party frosting printing? Not a fan. Had to go a different route to get another cake for 2 1/2 times the price. My Snoopy cake was somewhat easy to order. This is the only reason I removed a star from my rating has the several hours it took me to order online. We have been buying all birthday cakes from Sam's since before my youngest child (24 now) was born. Wonderful tasting cake, but lousy ordering issues.

Wonderful cake, but horrible online ordering issue

I have never had a Sams club cake yet that my guest's don't rave about. Many amazing theme options to choose from, this one was perfect for a Snoopy fan. Cake was decadent and delicious as always. The keepsake of the Snoopey was a huge plus. Only down fall and why dedicuted a star was the online order leaves customers to question where the writing goes, how much will fit on the cake you are customizing and what the actual icing color choices look like on a cake. I recommened they try to add a preview or if thars not possible then in description should have details. Plus more pictures showing icing colors.

I thought the writing would go on the top of the cake so I adjusted what I wanted. Top looked small and took into consideration the added decorations. Was surprised when I picked up the cake the writing was on the red banner on the bottom.

Got the looks & yummy inside

There were no Peanuts characters included.

Colors great. No characters.

I gave a %233 star because there were NO Characters as advertised on the website, and they put these stupid rings on the cake, and the cake is for a man not a little girl. Why was the cake advertised to be sold when Sam's Club did not have all the decorations in stock? it should have been noted out of stock!  This is the second cake this year that I ordered and was not the cake in the advertisement. Sam's Club Bakery has really gone downhill since they changed the entire department, and you can only order online then go to pick up your cake, and it is not what you ordered. I paid full price for something Not what I ordered I am very disappointed. The ole "I'm sorry" really doesn't hold up when the Birthday party is tomorrow. This cake better be fresh or Sam's Club will hear from me again. 
This is the third big mess up with the bakery, the first time I ordered a beautiful custom cake and came in the next morning to pick up on time and was told they gave it to someone already and I asked how could you do that?? it said Happy Birthday Judy on the cake and I am Judy!!!! And I am here to pick up my cake.  So, this has become a regular problem with Sam's Club Bakery department.
Please improve your Bakery Department.
