Padrino Pork Tamales make it easy to enjoy an authentic homestyle tamale without the mess and process of making tamales. Each tamale is made from only fresh ingredients and is hand rolled in a fresh corn husk. Tamales feature a 50/50 filling to masa ratio giving you the best flavor punch with each bite. 

Tamales are fully cooked and heating process is simple making them a great weeknight meal or party food to take to your next event.

Heating Directions

Stove (preferred method): Place unopened boil bag(s) of tamales in boiling water or steamer for 15-20 minutes from frozen and 10-15 minutes if thawed. Only 4 or 5 inches of water is necessary as the tamales heat in the bag. 

Microwave: Best if thawed prior to heating. Poke a couple of holes in the boil bag(s) or make a slit. Microwave 3-5 minutes depending on the strength of microwave. 

Caution: Bag and contents will be hot, allow time to cool before handling. If bag is open prior to heating, only heat by microwave or steam.

Wow! Delicious!

Wow! Sorry mom, but these are the best tamales I think i have ever had. I am Hispanic and have been eating tamales my whole life and these are excellent. They are so full of flavor and are not overwhelmed by the masa. They are super stuffed and just two are enough for a meal. I will most certainly buy more.

Padrino’s Pork Tamales will not disappoint

Recently, I got Padrino’s pork tamales shipped from SamsClub. I am a little picky when it comes to tamales because they’re either really bland or really spicy.Well these were a happy medium- they tasted good. They came in boil bags as sets of four, so if you didn’t want to eat all 12 at once, you don’t have to. There were several suggestions for cooking methods, and I chose to boil mine in a big Dutch oven pot on the stove. I fed a family of four and we ate two each and we were sufficiently full. The tamales are bigger than most store bought ones.

Best Quick Meal Idea

These pork tamales are the second best that I have ever tasted. The first best are from a friend of my family. I cooked them in the microwave and on the stove top per the directions. Both ways produced soft, but not mushy, moist tamales. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Cook them in the microwave and pair them with rice for a quick family dinner when life gets crazy. I will definitely be buying these as a staple to keep for a quick meal.
