I think it's a quality brand but I don't like the taste so I now take it with milk and it's better.

Vitamin expires this year 2026 I will still have pills left and they will be expired.

Short expiration date

Horrible! Took it twice, got physically sick both times! Not just nauseous, even when taken with food. Threw them out and went with Centrum and have had no issues.

Too big with no coating so they are hard to swallow
