I purchases 2 pair of these sunglasses, gray for everyday use and amber to wear while golfing.  Both pair were made to my prescription which involves prism to correct double vision.

The sunglasses are a comfortable fit and block out the glare/sun from periferal vision.  I am pleasantly surprised with the excellent job the in-store technicians did helping me select a frame that would allow the prism without distortion as well as the lab did on making these sunglasses.

I recommend Sam's Club for prescription eyewear.

Very pleased with purchase

So far so good, fit good and prescription is good.
I'll be watching to see if the anti glare holds up, last pair I had it started peeling off after a year and a half, but they were a different brand of sunglasses.
