    Coming back!

I really love this treadmill. Five years ago, I replaced my first treadmill with a different brand and nothing is as good as Nordictrack. The smaller size makes it easy to get on the treadmill. My previous model required a step to get up. This one gives me much more control. After recovering from a bad fall, I could no longer walk long distances. Within one week on my new Nordictrack, I increased from .6 miles to 1.1 miles. My goal is 2 miles so I can walk through Disneyworld with my grandchildren. My most recent trip, I was in a wheelchair because my strength was gone. Even though this treadmill is small enough for me to handle, it is sturdy enough for my 300 lb husband. I really feel like we are coming back.

    IMake walking fun again

I love this treadmill. It's very quiet. It was not difficult to assemble but it does take a little time. It is well constructed and worth the money. I did a lot of research on treadmills and always came back to Nordic Track. I am glad I did. It folds up for storage if you have a small space. I love all the programs offered. I like the heart monitor so I can track my heart as exercising. And I love seeing the calories I have burned.
