NordicTrack G LE Recumbent Bike

After receiving my recumbent bike at a reduced price in exchange for an unbiased review, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to assemble. The instructions were clear, and I was able to set it up by myself in about 30 minutes. As someone who just had a knee replacement at 60, comfort is key, and this bike does not disappoint. The chair is incredibly adjustable and supports my back and legs perfectly. The smoothness of the ride is perfect for my recovery – I can cycle at my own pace without straining my knee. Plus, navigating the display is a breeze, which keeps me focused on my workout without unnecessary frustration. I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for my unbiased, honest review.

I've been working out now for 2 weeks on my new bike. It's been a great workout. The seat is very comfortable, There is enough room and contour that you could sit on it for quit awhile. I have had one hip replacement and found that at that joint it was starting to hurt just a bit. I found that by placing a small pillow behind my back it scooted me forward enough that that hip had better motion and stopped hurting. It was a minor adjustment but solved the problem, it still remained very comfortable with the pillow behind my butt. I did try the I Fit program and still have a lot to explore about it. So far it's been fun to use but I know I have only scratched the surface of what it has to offer. Assembly was pretty easy (probably because my husband did it). But he just breezed though it. We had it unpacked, put together and the packaging cleaned up in about an hour. The tools they sent to assemble it with were top notch! All in all I would highly recommend this bike, it's been an enjoyable workout that is very comfortable to do. Also I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
