In the 1990s and up until 2010, it was possible to walk into Sam's Club, purchase your tires and have them installed in less than an hour. Now, I have to order my tires, wait for delivery, make an appointment (not always knowing my schedule). Tires ordered 28 AUG with appointment on 4SEP. Talked with Foreign office on 30 AUG to cancel appointment. They were suppose to call and email when tires arrived. Went to Sam's on 6 SEP to find out that tires arrived (had no notification). They could not mount them at 3pm. Went back 9am on 9 SEP to make appointment for 12 noon. Returned at 12 noon to have them mounted. They were finished at 2pm after putting on 2 tires. Tires seem fine. I have had Nexxen in the past. Member since 1990, when things were different.
