My doctor recommended Mrs dash because my blood pressure is high. I did tried to used mrs dash and it works. I loved the taste of my food instead of adding tol much salt.

Excellent Blend

easy to use and very flavorful. i put in pasta sauce as well as when roasting green beans or cauliflower. great size as well.

tasty garlic and salt free delight

This is much better than the regular Ms. Dash, which has a weird aftertaste to my tastebuds. My husband has hypertension and we are trying to cut out salt. This gives me hope that we both can eat salt free!

Great flavor

We’ve purchased this in the past and use it regularly.  However, this time it seems as though the ingredients have changed. It has a totally different color than in the past and also doesn’t seem to have the same ingredients as in the last.

Not Quite the Same as Before

Way too much red pepper & black pepper; not enough garlic.  Taste a bit spicy.

WHERE'S THE GARLIC????

Not Very Flavorable.  Purchased as I was just put on a salt-free diet.  This seasoning did not provide any flavor and thus not a good substitute for salt. Could have just used other seasonings I already had in my pantry.
