GREAT Mattress! Sceptical of bed in a box but it took shape fast and slept on it that night. Only concern is that it sits pretty high with a box spring. But my wife and I sleep great - much better than our Temperpedic. Hope it lasts but for 6 weeks it's been a dream. Under 1K DELIVERED.

The bed itself is awesome, however delivery is only to your front door, not inside your door but to your front door, the package is extremely heavy, so be prepared with more than one person to assist.

Bed awesome, Extremely Heavy. 2 man lift

Positive first impressions.  It is comfortable, provides medium firm support and seems to be well made.  Excellent price and delivery from Sam’s Club.  Unpacking is a job for two people as the mattress comes vacuum packed and rolled.  It’s a bit heavy and bulky for one person to handle. Once unpacked it expanded within a few hours and there was no sign of odors.  Overall, we are well pleased.

We were looking for a new mattress that suited both our comfort levels without killing our pockets. So far this has been a great fit. Just the right amount of soft but firm. We’re satisfied with our purchase.

Great Mattress

Mattress arrived earlier that scheduled however the box was crushed and open which made me concerned.  The mattress appeared to be fine and we proceeded to open. Mattress was fully expanded within hours and there is no odor. The best part, this mattress is both comfortable and supportive,  I am once again sleeping good and waking up feeling refreshed with no discomfort. I love it!

Feels a good quality mattress. However at the time we order, it wasn't clear how firm this mattress was. We took the chance and found out it's too soft for my back. I really want to keep it but I need a firm mattress to ease my back pain. Not sure how to return and will try to contact Sam's club. If you're looking for a medium firmness mattress I would recommend it.

Quality mattress

I purchased this bed because my husband and I are both side sleepers and were having some aches from our firm mattress.  This bed is advertised as medium firm, so I thought it would work well for us. It 's the softest bed we've ever had and we have had plush and pillow top mattresses in the past. This bed will be perfect for you if you want to sink down into a mattress and have it envelop you. It felt like climbing out of a hole just to turn over.  I wouldn't recommend this mattress for hot sleepers because the bed just surrounds you.  Also, the edge isn't as supportive as it should be. 
I had dismissed comments from other reviewers about how heavy the bed is because I thought that it wouldn't be an issue once it was in the bedroom.  What I didn't realize was that it would be really hard to make the bed because it's difficult to tuck in the sheets and blankets.
We returned this mattress.  The return process was simple and efficient.  It was picked up from our home within 48 hours of requesting the return.  Sam's is a great company to work with.

Not a Medium-Firm Mattress

Uncomfortable all around. Does not cool. Middle of mattress does not adjust well or sinks way too much. The only way to not awaken with a sore back is to stay on the edge all night.
