• Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Mike’s HARDER are malt beverages with flavors. We follow a simple proprietary four-step brewing process: Ferment malt grains with our proprietary, bespoke yeast. Then filter through proprietary filtration technology, resulting in a very clean, neutral alcohol base. Next, we cold-press lemons to produce superior, natural lemon flavor. Finally, we add sugars and lemon flavor to the neutral alcohol base.

How does Mike’s remove gluten from its products?

• Mike’s uses a proprietary multi-stage filtration process to develop our pure malt base that is at the heart of Mike’s crisp, clean taste. This handcrafted approach, one we have had in place for many years, has always naturally removed gluten from our products through filtration. Our proprietary process is not used by any other fermented malt beverage in the industry.
