Great Value

Service was great except I have a Toyota Prius.  The did not inflate the tires properly. The front should be 2 higher PSI than the back. They inflated all the tires the same PSI.

PSI needs to be correct

I have used a lot of different tires thru the years and hauled over 292 tons of new tires a year for American Tires.  In all the Michelin have been proven to be the best for quality with lasting value.

i input wrong info to my Walmart auto section, which lists wheel size 15 ,so now i input 16.they had correct size in store

Picked tire by shipping date not cost.
There were other sellers that were cheaper but shipping was estimated to take longer so I went with this Co.
Ended up being late and the shipping information was not being updated,said it was out for deliery for two days.

Tire was fine shipping could have been better.

We had these tires installed on our 2011 Prius in November of 2019. Our MPG went down immediately by at least 5mpg. I have tried to rationalize this as a result of the Winter blend fuel effect. However, after doing some research, it appears I made a bad choice. It looks like the Michelin X Tour A/S T+H would have been a much better choice to maintain my gas mileage. DO NOT BUY THESE FOR YOUR PRIUS. You will be disappointed.

Don't buy for Pruis! Reduced MPG by over 5mpg.

I bought Michelin Defenders as my latest "summer" tires and they wore out after about 18 months of normal use less than 1/5th of the way through their 145K warranty and have been worse than any previous ones I've had.  Going through the warranty process for these expensive tires is also a frustrating struggle so I'm very disappointed.
