When purchasing, I set up an appointment date and time to have them installed. Dropped my truck off early and went to work. Got prompt notifications as the process was completed. No issues at all.   A 75000 mile warranty.  WOW!!      The tread dept is totally awesome....The old bias ply L series tire is where you might come close to this tread depth.  Instantly noticed a smoother ride and a lot more stability. Railroad tracks were lots better.  Stopping distance is much shorter than with my previous tires.

Was excited to try out some Michelin tires on my Yukon. Went for an oil change and a tire rotation other day, mechanic told me he couldn't rotate them because they were completely wore out!!! And it would not pass MVI!!!  I went with the defenders because it had the best rating, unfortunately for the amount of money I paid I got half the life span out of them compared to the Bridgestone I had on it before, sometimes the reviews get it wrong, definitely did in my case, they were wore out after a year with next to no mileage and would not keep air.
