The plums ripen in mid June, and are small and maroon colored with red flesh. Methley plums can be eaten fresh or used for canning. The Methley tree requires 600 chill hours, but does not require another plum tree to pollinate. At maturity, it can reach a height and width between 15-20 feet. Couldn’t have asked for better!

These trees arrived in perfect health and much bigger than I expected!!! They’ve been inside until the weather gets warm enough for transplant outside and they’ve already gotten so many bright green leaves! They arrived well packaged and with a little card to scan to learn more about the tree and how to make sure it’s just dormant and not dead:). I absolutely am blown away by the quality! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Healthy plum tree

I was pleasantly surprised when my plum tree arrived. It was well packaged. The tree was at least 5-6 feet tall. Lots of healthy branches and leaves. The tree looked very healthy. It was exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase. I wish my photos would load up to show potential buyers.
