Before your flowers ship, they are prepared for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey, this is absolutely normal! Just follow these simple steps for proper rehydration and watch them bloom to their fullest potential.

1. Unpack your flowers immediately upon arrival.

2. Fill a clean container/vase with fresh, cool water.

3. Using sharp scissors or garden shears, make a 45-degree angle cut at least 1-2 inches off the end of the stems.

4. Place the flowers in the prepared container or vase. Arrange as desired.

5. Allow your flowers to properly hydrate for 1-2 hours.

6. Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline of your container. Leaves will rot and cause bacteria to form and shorten the flower's life.

7. Re-cut the stems and refresh the flower food and water every two days.

8. Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or near fruits, heat and drafts.

9. Remove wilting flowers at any time to prevent bacterial growth.

  • One day before your requested delivery date, you will receive an email letting you know your order has shipped.   • It's recommended to have someone available to receive your order on the delivery date. This will ensure that your order is not left at the doorstep or sent back for next day delivery.
  • For metropolitan areas deliveries arrive between 8am and 12pm. For Suburban or rural areas deliveries arrive between 8am to 4:30pm.
  • Shipments may be delayed by weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as US Custom Holds or weather which could result in shipping and/or delivery dates being modified. Please check your tracking number and contact FedEx or UPS for delivery holds or pick up options concerning weather delays.
  • Although your order will be shipped overnight, please allow a minimum of 7 days for the handling and shipping process.
  • No deliveries can be made on Monday, Saturday or Sunday. Holiday schedules may differ from regular shipping schedules i.e. Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, etc.
  • Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Exceeded my Expectations

I am very impressed with these flowers that I ordered for Mom for Mother's Day. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition from Miami. They are just beautiful and so many pink roses. I would not hesitate to order these again in the future.

Huge and Gorgeous! Totally worth it!

Wow! This bouquet totally blew me away!! It's way bigger than I expected, and the vase is gorgeous, too. I was worried the flowers might get squished in the box, but they were packed perfectly. As soon as I popped them in water, they perked right up, and by the next day they looked even better. I'm 100% ordering again for gifts or any special occasion. Zero disappointment here!

Huge Bouquet & Very Nice Vase

This was the best looking bouquet that I have received in years. Its huge, the flowers were fresh, beautiful and nicely arranged. It also came with vase that is much nicer, much better quality than vases that I am used to getting with flowers sent online. I am very happy with this bouquet and will probably reorder.
