I purchase a bucket per week of the 32 lbs buttercream. A few weeks ago I was sad to hear the winter white was replaced with the white buttercreme. Please bring this back!! The butter Creme style icing is so thick, hard to smooth even over a chilled cake, and super sweet! I've literallt had people complain in front of me at events about the icing being too much and proceeded to scoop it off. The winter wore was so light, smooth, fluffy and had just the right amount of sweetness.

PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!!!

We use this for an annual gingerbread house decorating party. Order a week or two in advance if you need multiple containers for  events.

Great product

I bought this and was highly expressed.   It's light, fluffy and smooth.  It's not to sweet and very easy to work with.  I would highly recommend and yes, this my go to icing for now on.

Sweet and smooth, very easy to work with? no refrigeration, but keep it in a cool dry area completely sealed so that you keep it fresh. Love it!
