Great fast breakfast

I always have these muffins individually wrapped in my freezer. I love the banana nut muffins the most, but the chocolate and blueberry ones are wonderful also. Whenever I’m in a hurry in the morning, I defrost a muffin, warm it for 37 seconds, then cut it open & spread butter on it - yum! Great fast breakfast.

These were exceptionally well done. The last time we got these, the banana nut ones were dry. This batch all of them were very moist and very good. My husband and I love to split these in half for breakfast because one is too much for us to eat alone.
