The pills are small. Small but mighty. East to swallow, and safer. Some say the chicken ingredients are safer and it doesn't cause an increase in uric acid levels.

Sam's Club Joint Health has helped with my arthritic knees. Within a few days, the pain in my knees lessened. I was able to walk more easily. When I forgot to buy a bottle once, I found that within a couple of days the pain returned. Yet once I started the tablets again the pain lessened significantly.

Trigger finger

I had "trigger finger" diagnosed and received a cortisone shot. The Dr anticipated surgery would be necessary within 6-12 months. 3 years later and have full movement of the finger with no more shots. No way to know for sure, but I believe this supplement was a key difference.
