Sidecar Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 fl. oz. Member’s Mark Cognac XO
• 0.75 fl. oz. Member’s Mark Triple Sec
• 0.75 fl. oz. Lemon Juice

Garnish

• Lemon Twist or Orange Peel)
• Sugar (For Rimming the Glass)

Instructions

1. Rim a coupe glass with sugar (rub the rim with a lemon wedge and dip it into sugar

2. In a shaker, combine Cognac XO, orange liqueur, and lemon juice with ice

3. Shake well (about 15 seconds) until chilled

4. Strain into the prepared coupe glass

5. Garnish with a lemon twist or orange peel
