One of the best Member's Mark products I've ever had!!

This is one of the very best Members-Mark items I've ever used! The Tri-Ply Roasting Pan with Rack is as good as - if possibly better than - my existing Axx-Cxxd roasting pan. The roasting pan is heavy, extremely well made, and roasts beautifully. The pan feels very stable and secure on the countertop and in the oven, and the rack fits firmly in place and functions perfectly for roasting. The comfortable handles make it easy to lift and maneuver, even when the pan is full. I also love the very shiny finish - it gives the pan a polished, high-end appearance. So far, I've used this for a roast and other meats, and the attached pictures are from a roasted butternut squash. After the roasts and even the melted brown sugar from the butternut squash, the pan cleans very easily. The real test will be happening this weekend when I roast a turkey breast in preparation for the holidays. I absolutely love this pan! It performs like a much more expensive piece of cookware. Highly recommended!!

Great Quality and Not Just for Turkey

I was very impressed with this Member's Mark roasting pan, and surprised by how versatile it is. I've always thought of a roasting pan as something you take out once or twice a year, for a turkey or something similar. But this one can be used for so much more, including everyday cooking. For example, I made a deep dish pizza in it, and my whole family loved it. I'll probably end up using it at least twice a week. It works for turkey, ham, roasts, roasted vegetables, lasagna, cakes, and so much more. It's also versatile because you can use it in the oven or on the stovetop. Just read the directions carefully since there are specific instructions for the stovetop. I'm also planning to use it to keep food warm, for example when we grill or for tamales over the holidays. It doesn't come with a lid, but foil works great. I love Member's Mark products. I've found that they're always equal to or better in quality compared to the name brands, but at a more affordable price. This pan is excellent quality, made with tri-ply stainless steel, and it comes with a stainless steel rack. It measures 16.1 x 13.15 inches (plenty of space), oven safe up to 500 degrees, and can hold up to a 25 pound turkey or roast. Care is also very simple. It's dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended. I definitely recommend it and will be using it often in my kitchen.

Professional grade pan that matches our all-clad kitchenware

The pan is gorgeous. I love the stainless steel look. It is very sturdy and easy to carry. No issues with cooking and it cleans so easily. That was my problem with our prior pan; it would get a lot of build up. But the stainless steel finish makes cleaning easy and it looks beautiful.
