Adjustable waistband

I have been buying these for my 92 yr. old parent for over a year . They made the briefs better when the changed to the adjustable waistband. They work well and they fit our budget.

Bedridden Adult Caregiver Review

I'm not sure what the one star reviews are for. I love these, for whatever reason they do the best for overnight that I've tried. The one thing I wish was different would be the tabs, I've found myself sometimes ripping them while trying to place them. But having dealt with about four different types of adult diapers up to this point these are by far my favorite.

Good quality, make sure you have the proper size

We had been buying the XXL briefs even though they were a little too big, it gave room for catheters etc. we liked the long tab to fasten the briefs These have been out of stock now for a few weeks. We had to downsize. The XL does fit, but it's not very forgiving. He has to be positioned just right in order for the brief to fit properly. We can manage that. We do not like that there is 2 tabs to fasten on each side. Why are they different than the xxl ones? With that said, we have tried other briefs and none of them compare to these.
