I tasted this at the store on some chicken that was given to me at the taste tester cart. It was delicious.! I don’t usually buy pre-mixed, but this could easily go on almost anything – – definitely pork, fish, chicken and probably even beef. You don’t have to use much so it’s very cost effective. I always sprinkle this on my steak to add a sweetness to it that's natural. It's easy to use as well and doesn't cake up. Once it's sprinkled on your meats, you can smell the applewood easily when cooking. Overall, this is a very good seasoning. It's a good amount of powder and it tastes very good in combination with other seasonings which makes this well worth it.
