Member's Mark Palmero Chaise Lounge Set with Sunbrella Fabric, 3pc

I bought three sets of these. On one of the side tables, one of the little footpads that level the table was missing (pre-installed, not an included part). That would seem to be an easy fix and they give you a number to call for missing parts. I called the supplier and they say they cannot help me without the confirmation email and jumping through other hoops. I have the order number, I have the receipt, but I did not save a confirmation email from a month ago. I'm out of luck, must have that email. It does not matter that this is a less than $1 part for a $5,000 purchase, you are missing an email. I called Sam's Club to get help. I wait on hold while the rep calls the supplier, but when she comes back, she has a technical issue and cannot hear me. Again, seems easy, she confirmed my call back number at the beginning of the call. Does she simply call back? No, the last thing she says is "if you can hear me, you can call back in". So, now I get to make a 3rd call about a $1 part and talk to a new person. Why did you confirm my call back number. Beyond terrible customer service, the furniture covers are also mislabeled. The table cover says "Chaise Lounge Back" and the chaise cover says "Side Table". There isn't even a basic quality control to check a label. I do not expect the products to hold up, if there is such a lack of quality control.
