They do Not melt in high heat (yet)!

These are great! The handles are long andca bit unweildly but perfect if u are cooking large amounts. It withstood some high temp. cooking I was doing so it startled me. I'm used to spatulas melting. So, now i know to stick to commercial. Much more heavy duty. Its right for me, for now. I woukd imagine if u have hand or arm probkems ir need very lightweight things than get regular non commercial cooking things. Otherwise, its worth the money!
