Numb feet disappear, not the feet just the numb!

Cherries are high in anti-oxidants. So wifey suggested that I try them for my 'nervy' feet. Low and behold a small handful per day seem to do the trick as the perpetual nerve pain has gone away. Whether these results are because of the cherries who knows but I take nothing else for my neuropathy.

Sweet and Tasty, but did you know......

These are MY favorite dried cherries to eat, but I will note a couple things for new buyers. These have added sugar which enhances the sweetness and the juicy flavor. If you are looking for a purely natural sweetness, Sam's sells another brand in a 4# box. Also, in any dried cherries, (as it warns on the box) you might run into the occasionally cherry 'pit'. Not a whole pit, mind you, but a small piece stuck to a cherry that can do damage, like the chipped crown I had to have repaired. Now, I actually lay each helping out on a paper towel, and inspect them quickly before I eat them. These are a great small snack in the evening, since they have high melatonin content to help you sleep. Cherries are also good for people who suffer from too much uric acid, (Gout) and taken daily can prevent those painful flareups. So many good things to get from one little snack! The only bad thing I can say about them right now is that they have gone up a full $4 per bag, and are not a cheap item to eat regularly, like I do.

Dried Cherries That Are Trail Mix Hi-Lite!

These dried cherries are perfect in my trail mix which is popular with my entire family! I do wish Sam's would go back to carrying them in-store but I will continue to order on-line if that is the only option.
