Member's Mark Cream Cheese Bar 8 oz., 4 pk.

It can be used for a variety of food applications and comes in a convenient individually wrapped four eight-ounce cream cheese bars for easy storage in the refrigerator. Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of artichoke (diced small, well drained)
• 1 cup of fresh spinach (diced small)
• 8 ounces of Member’s Mark cream cheese
• 1 cup sour cream 
• 1 cup of Panko bread crumbs  
• 1 tsp of black pepper
• 8 ounces of shredded parmesan
• 8 ounces of shredded cheddar
• 1 tsp of garlic
• ½ tsp of dry parsley

Instructions:

• Use a food mixer/processor and add cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper—mix until smooth.
• Add the artichoke and spinach—mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
• Spread evenly into an 8" x 8" oven-safe pan and top with Panko bread crumbs and dry parsley.
• Bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.  
• Serve with pita bread, crackers, tortilla chips and your favorite vegetables.
