The cheese allows a gratinated (which usually means a lightly browned top with breadcrumbs and/or cheese) aspect on the top of the potatoes. Member's Mark Potato Gratin is made from carefully selected ingredients—potatoes, cream, milk and mozzarella—to produce a tasty, smooth, melting side dish.
Each unit containts 8 individual gratins and is perfect when served with the protein of your choice (chicken, steak, lamb chops, fish, lobster) and a vegetable (creamed spinach, roasted broccoli, sauteed Brussels sprouts). Prepare this dish for your next holiday party and wow all your guests. This cheesy, delicious potato gratin is sure to be a hit at any dinner party.

Cooking Instructions:

Everybody in my family absolutely loves the au gratin potatoes! They are so creamy and delicious. The Husband, the teens, tweens, and the Littles all gobble these up. The little kids call them potato cupcakes. I wish they weren't so expensive because I'd buy them every single time just because my family loves them so much . I tried buying a bag of potatoes and slicing them on my mandolin, but once I bought all the products for the creamy cheesy sauce and took the time to bake them. It was quite the endeavor. So I just buy them as a treat every now and then. I keep waiting for Sam's to sell. them by the case add a bulk price. They are thinly sliced potatoes stacked up in a tower layered with a cream sauce and cheese baked to perfection. You can bake them or microwave them or put them in the air fryer and they come out great every time. They are very good.
