Recipe: Spinach and Bacon Quiche

What You'll Need:

  • 3/4 pound sliced bacon
  • 1 (9 inch) single refrigerated pie crust
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach-thawed, drained and squeezed
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion

How to Make It:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet, and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate. Chop when cool. Fit the pit crust into a 9 inch dish and set aside. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Spread the spinach into the bottom of the pie crust; top with bacon, Cheddar cheese, and green onion. Pour the egg mixture over the filling, and sprinkle the quiche with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 min or until the top is lightly puffed and browned. Enjoy!!

Fresh, reliable eggs that are great

These cage‑free eggs are consistently fresh and have great quality. The shells aren’t overly thin, the yolks are bright, and they cook beautifully whether you’re scrambling, frying, baking, or boiling. I’ve had zero issues with cracked eggs in the carton, and they taste clean and rich. The 2‑dozen pack is perfect for families or anyone who cooks often. They last well in the fridge and feel like a dependable staple you can count on every week. Good quality, good value, and always fresh.

Why buy eggs elsewhere? I mean, seriously?

Back during The Great Egg Shortage, I refused to stop buying eggs and I sure wasn’t crazy enough to try to raise chickens in my backyard, so Sam’s Club to the rescue. As soon as eggs began to reappear, Sam’s consistently offered the best prices and still does, in my opinion. We eat a LOT of hen fruit at our house, and Sam’s saves us money!

These are GREAT EGGS!

I always buy these eggs. Over the summer I bought fresh eggs from a neighbor thinking that they would taste better because they were fresh and expensive. They were not! So I immediately ordered more of these. I steam them for my children’s lunch boxes and egg salad, fry them and scramble them. They are very good eggs and I won’t buy any others.
