Member’s Mark™ Advanced Eye Health Complex* contains 250 mg of Vitamin C, 90 mg of Vitamin E, 40 mg of Zinc, 2 mg of Copper, 5 mg of Lutein, and 1 mg of Zeaxanthin per minigel. Lutein and Zeaxanthin are carotenoids naturally found in vegetables and fruits. Together with Vitamins C and E and Zinc, these nutrients may help protect cells against the effects of free radicals and may help support healthy eyes and vision.* Copper is also included in the formula, as higher levels of zinc supplementation can affect the body's ability to absorb copper.

Nice alternative to PreserVision's AREDs II eye vitamins. I don't know if it works, but based on the studies sited by the name brand, I feel it can't hurt to take the supplements featured in this Members Choice eye supplement as they are the same as those featured in the famous brand.
