Great Quality for the price. I was pleased with this and glad that I bought it. I was able to fit two rows of canning jars in when I did pints. The lid fits snuggly, and it is heavy material much better than some of the other pots that I have purchased, which were flimsy.

Even cooking, no stick or burnt bottom. Cooked with pot 90% full of Jambalaya. Used six of these pots to cook at once to feed 600 Huricane IDA victims in Louisiana. Highly recomend. Great Pot!

Great for canning!
I like to make large batches of soup, spaghetti sauce, etc. Then we can those goods. I bought one of these pots recently because I wanted a bigger vessel to cook in. After using it once I immediately ordered a second. This is an extremely high-quality pot. It is very thick and sturdy and heats very evenly, so that things do not burn. Very very well constructed and easy to clean. I absolutely would recommend this for anyone who loves to do large batch cooking.
