You can easily remove it from your ceramic cooking surface. 1. Pour vinegar onto a scrubbing pad and scrub the stain. Vinegar is effective in removing most stains. 2. Make a paste of 1 tablespoon baking soda and 2 tablespoons vinegar in a pan and fill warm water. Let the pan sit for a few hours then scrub the stains.</p> <h3>Is this set of cookware compatible with all cooktops?</h3> <p>Yes, the Member's Mark 11-Piece Modern Ceramic Cookware Set features a stainless steel stay-flat honeycomb base designed for use with induction cooking. The diameter of the pan’s induction base should be equal to or larger than the size of the induction element one is using. If the pan's induction base is much smaller than the induction heating element, the induction sensor may not recognize the pan and will not activate (heat).</p> <h3>Do the handles get hot?</h3> <p>The dual-riveted cast stainless steel handles are designed to stay cool and comfortable while you're cooking. But metal handle will get hot in the oven or longtime cooking in extremely high heat. We recommend using potholders when removing the pots and pans from the oven and cook in medium heat.</p> <h3>Tips for maintaining the cookware</h3> <p>Cook using low to medium heat. Since the heavy-gauge aluminum construction provides excellent conductivity and delivers even heat distribution, the use of high heat is not necessary. The leading cause of material to lose non-stick nature is the use of very high temperature. Select proper burner size so that the heat touches only the bottom of the cookware and does not climb up the side walls to avoid discoloration of exterior after long time cooking. Do not use nonstick aerosol cooking sprays in your pans. They will leave residue, which may be difficult to remove, and will cause foods to stick to the pans. A little bit of oil or butter is perfectly keeping foods smooth and avoid sticking on our ceramic cookware. Always cool the cookware down to room temperature before washing. A sudden temperature change (thermal shock) can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping and discoloration.</p> <p>If you have a gas stove with rough metal grates, be careful when you rotate and lean the pan. Carefully place pans on and off stovetops to avoid sliding across metal stovetops that may damage the bottom coating.</p> <p></p>

Absolutely LOVE this cookware! I made the comment after using it for a couple of weeks- “where has this been all my life!” It's heavy and well made. Clean up is almost as easy as wiping it clean without scrubbing. I can't say enough good things about this set!

Highly Recommend

The color of the cookware is beautiful. The handles are long n easy to grip. Love that they can be used in the oven n stovetop. Food washes off very easy. Hardly use any oil when cooking. 
The only negative is that the handles get hot when used on the stove top n if you're not used to that you'll burn yourself a few times.

Best cookware I've brought yet!

This Member's Mark 11-piece Modern Ceramic Cookware Set is the best set I've ever had. It's well-made, has a great price, and is surprisingly easy to clean. If you want a great set, I highly recommend this one.

You'll love this cookware set

My kitchen has a lot of gold details in it and I wanted my pots and pans to match. This set has exceeded my expectations. Not only is it very functional but it's beautiful too! The quality is very good and the price is even better.

Beautiful set

I’ve been using these about a month and I’m loving them. Had been wanting Caraway pans for a while but didn’t want to spend the money. Saw these and thought they would be very similar. Not too heavy, just as durable as my old Teflon, and most definitely non stick. Great purchase.

Great Ceramic Cookware

Can’t say enough good things about it! After weeks of tracking and waiting I finally received the cream/gold set and I absolutely love it!! Love all the sizes and love the quality and for all that absolutely love the price - if you’re hesitant just go for it!

Amazing!!!!

I just couldn’t take the plunge on the $350 Caraway cookware so when I saw this dupe set from Sam’s Club for less than half the price of the Caraway I had to try it. After several weeks of use I am absolutely loving these! The color is gorgeous, the nonstick surface is first rate and it’s easy to clean. Since I’ve never actually owned a really nice set of cookware I’m following the user instructions meticulously - no high heat, no putting a hot pan in the dish water, no metal utensils. I have one minor negative comment; I wish the larger skillet had a lid. Luckily I had one that fits in my old set so not a huge deal. I highly recommend this Member’s Mark cookware, in fact I’ve been consistently pleased with all of the Member’s Mark products I’ve tried so far.

If you’ve been eyeing Caraway try these instead!

Very good set for the price. My only complaint is that the outer coating is already chipping at the bottom. I only hand wash them so that can’t be blamed on the dishwasher. The non stick works very well and everything comes off easily. I use little to no butter or oil to cook almost everything and frying an egg has never been easier. The bigger pan doesn’t have a lid which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

These pans look great. Unfortunately they are really lightweight and thin so the lids/handles get extremely hot.  If you use them regularly and don’t have good pot holders, you will burn your fingers or hands on a regular basis.  I would not recommend.

Burnt Hands

I purchase these seeing mixed reviews. Within a month of use , the ceramic pan has already been stained and also the coloring under one of the pans is starting to fade. I properly care for them. I use the correct amount of heat. I only had wash them. And I oil them every use. I contacted Members Mark who misled me on the situation. They told me that there was a glitch in their system that it will fix it, and they were going to send out replacement pans. 24 hours goes by. I get no response if they have fixed it. I get an email stating that I need to return the pans. That’s fine. But they want me to return the pans which can take over a week to get to them. Then wait up to eight days to get a refund. And then re-purchase them on my end again. So I contacted them and they said it’s a glitch in their system. So I’m confused. Isn’t that what the IT department is for. Keep in mind I have thrown out the box and also have thrown out all my pans, hoping that these would be good. It wouldn’t be so frustrating. Had I been told they were sending out replacement pans. Unlike other stores, they do not allow you to go in and replace it on site but they want you to wait up to three weeks for the total process. And the fact that they need to return me my money first before they can send out pans which I have to purchase on my own again is blasphemy. It makes the process take longer instead of doing it the proper way where they receive a return and send out the replacement. I have never had a bad experience with customer service until the purchase of these pans with Sam’s Club. You can call your local store they don’t answer the phone. You go to curbside they take hours. I do not complain. But I spent 180 bucks on these pants total and I’m supposed to cook with hopes and dreams because they cannot give out proper information. Either spend more and get the Caraways or just purchase another brand. I do not recommend these. I do not cook on the pan that is fading every day and it is already messed up. Spend the money elsewhere.
