Free is not the deal you think it is....

Free was too expensive>>>>>> My Samsung TV failed in 5 months. They forwarded me to the Manufacture . got discounected , had to go online to find number. Samsung denied the claim (screen failed while hanging on wall. They had me send a photo and they denied based on the way it failed saying it had an impact even though no physical damage). They offered me a replacement TV at a 20% discount which would have been double today's retail of other makers and more than I spent back in November.
