How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?
TVs at Sam’s Club come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.
To file a claim:
- File a claim at AllstateProtectionPlans.com/SamsClub anytime, 24/7. Or call us at (888) 240-6940.
- Have your receipt and covered item with you.
- Many claims are approved instantly. in other cases, a specialist will guide you through next steps.
- Most TVs are repaired by an in-home repair technician on their first visit. If we can't repair it, or if your TV is under $500, we’ll send you a replacement or reimburse you for one.

i dont know where to call for my Samsung tv problem. my tv didn't work good for the begining and i dont have any body to call to fin the problemas with my 4 years protection. what is this protection for?
