If you are looking for an infrared Sauna this one is less than remarkable.  We have  owned other brand that is much better, both in the infrared heater and the lighting.  Traditional use of sauna is ok as it uses a Harvia heater.  Also, invest in a seat back as there is no contour to the seating.  Assembly was fairly easy, but you need 3 people to unbox from the shipping pallet, and two strong people to assemble.  Shipping was horrible.  Shipper missed delivery windows without even a phone call.  Without the shipping this one gets three stars, and that is the rating.  If I were to include shipping it would be a one star review.

Customer service is nice.  An ok low budget sauna.
