I have had issues sleeping since I was a child.  And worse now in PeriMenopause.  This stuff WORKS!!!!  I have taken melatonin in the past on rare occasions where I had an important  day and I would take it the night before.  But I don't like taking anything like that.  This stuff relaxes me and has me sleeping ALL night.  You will not regret this purchase.  Especially with the Mary Ruth name that comes with clean ingridients

The Coconut Nighttime is delicious! It tastes like a shot of pina colada!
Unfortunately the raspberry daytime bottle tastes like cough syrup to me. I finished the coconut and will try the hair one next. I hope it’s not like cough syrup!

Great Taste

The nighttime multimineral we received from Sam’s did NOT look or taste anything like the nighttime multimineral formula we received directly from Mary Ruth.  The Sam’s shipment tasted like plastic and was a very creamy white and not the taupe colored, coconut flavored formula that comes from Mary Ruth.  It was so different than what I am use to, it made me question the whole shipment.  I returned the product to Sam’s and received a full refund.
