We love this liquid vitamin, my 3 yr old %26 1 yr old take it daily in the morning with breakfast %26 no issues for months now!

Mixed reviews on taste...

We have 3 kids that I've been trying to find a good vitamin for to help build their immune system up. Two of them say this is disgusting and hate taking it, one says it tastes like a sour patch, which she loves. For the two that dislike it, I just have them follow it up with a drink. It IS pretty thick and definitely smells like vitamins. We have loved Mary Ruth's products in the past, so I'm hoping it at least does it's job.
