My homeopathic doctor recommended that I began taking CO Q10 when I told her that I was experiencing PVCs (irregular heartbeats brought on by stress). Within a week of taking these, the PVCs stopped. I take one pill every day. Every now and then I may have a few PVCs which is my body‘s way of telling me I'm letting myself get stressed out about something. If The PVCs become bothersome again, I just take one extra pill and they will soon stop.I bought this product online to save myself the hassle of having to go to a Sam's Club for one item. I was thrilled to find free shipping and a great price on it, along with a five dollar discount per bottle. BUT they should have mentioned on the product listing, that the product was going to expire June 2018! Not knowing this, I bought three bottles to stock up for all of next year, because I like to avoid purchasing vitamin supplements during the hot time of the year, which diminishes potency and/or spoils most supplements. Now I have to waste MY time driving to another city to try to exchange these at a Sam's Club for bottles that Won't be expiring so quickly. What a hassle!! I take one pill every day.
