I would not use a 12 inch as it does not bend as well sd my 8 inch at home
I love to sleep on ghe zero gravity which hrlps my back issue and my husband likes to set up a nd dtink coffee watching tv

Purchased this bed for an elderly in-law and she just loves it. The shipment was great and easy to set up. The adjustable bed works great and the mattress is very comfortable. I would purchase again.

Excellent nights sleep

This bed is fantastic I sleep much better soon as I get in bed my body relaxes before I received this bed I was always in some kind of pain my neck, my back the way I walked but now when I get out of bed iam very energize because I slept very well the night before my first experience with this bed I fell asleep in minutes after installation of bed in my home this is not a myth or a start to buy this bed I get both  in my from this co or any co that sales this wonderful bed I jam a consumer that bought this bed and it just so happens to work for me iam getting better everyday this bed is a miracle for me or anyone with back pains leg pain and just can’t sleep cause you turn over and over and over trying to find a comfortable position in ur old bed. This bed is a wonderful item my husband purchase for me and iam forever grateful to him and this co that made this bed

What a wonderful bed

Love this bed. We got the split king which is essentially 2 twins.. easy to assemble.  Don't need any tools.  Quiet motors.  Easy to adjust bed height.  Nice thick mattresses

Wish we'd done this sooner!

One week of sleeping on the new bed. Still experimenting (& experiencing) all the features. I thought the underbed light was motion sensing, but apparently not. The underbed lighting is a nice feature, automated would be useful.

So far, good value!

Purchased the split king and so far we are very pleased. The mattresses are very comfortable. One bed didn’t work, but the customer service was excellent and our problem was quickly resolved by new components sent in a timely manner(needed a new remote). Can’t beat this bed for the price. I definitely recommend it.

We are so happy with our purchase. The mattresses are comfortable and assembly was simple. Although this is a split set, we could not feel the difference. There are so many available options with the remote, it's amazing. Purchase this bed.

Luxury at a affordable price

We are very satisfied with our purchase and pleased that we didn’t have to pick and choose each component separately. Very much like that we have a choice of mattress firmness by simply flipping the mattress over. The remote adjustable frame and massage were a bonus. Also the unit fits perfectly within our king bed frame. The only negative was the mattress edge binding aggravates my husband’s sciatica.

Split King Better Night’s Sleep

Nice features, but mattress itself is just okay. The binding to connect split king mattresses is challenging to put on and flimsy. Expected better overall for the price paid.

Not great but not bad either

The shipping box arrived with multiple holes and visible damage.

The base cover has a hole.

The product and packaging appear to have been previously returned, as the box had multiple layers of tape and looked re-packed rather than factory-sealed.

Given the condition, I do not consider this item acceptable to keep. Please, don’t buy. Wasting time
