Love it!  Great on pasta, salads and anything else you can think of.  Have reordered again and again.

My Favorite Grated Cheese.  Great flavor, perfect size grate and no mess.  A little pricier than generic brands but well worth it.

Great Flavor, Less Work

Excellent product.  It is true Pecorino Romano Cheese. Perfect for all our Italian meals!  People, my husband and I are very picky on our foods.  This one is a winner. Been buying it for several years.  My favorite is my own Italian Macaroni and Cheese.  Cook your Pasta, save a little water. Stir in butter till nice and creamy add a bit of water and the pecorino cheese to suit your taste.  Sprinkle liberally with fresh chopped parsley or basil or both. Delish!!

Terrible. I have been buying this cheese for years now. I bought it in Sam’s for the first time recently.  It was awful. It’s all lumps and they do not come out. I tried with my fingers, a fork and shaking the container. I even tried it in cooking and it didn’t melt in the meat. I will definitely buy the cheese again, not in Sam’s
