I have found that ordering from Samsclub.com is easy and fast.  We live about 10 miles out of town and at the cost of gas now, it is quite a bit cheaper and faster to buy on line and not have to drive into town.  We buy enough to last a while so we don't have to keep buying the items.  Name brand, cheaper than the store and no driving - can't beat that.  Thanks.

Great service, great product

I bought these beans for our Christmas dinner this year.These are Great green beans. Libby seems to have a better quality control on their product before it goes out to be shipped.There have been No stems included in this carton I bought. Great price in today's world.

Libby Beans

I buy these regularly and have them shipped.  My only complaint is that anytime I have cans shipped the cans are dented, bent etc. I feel like Sam’s saves dented cans for those to be shipped out.

I don’t know why, but the cans always arrive so badly smashed I wouldn’t have bought them at the store. The outer packaging is okay, so it has to happen prior to them being packed to be shipped.

Box arrived banged up. Some cans had no labels,.Not just separated but missing. It must have been put in the shipping carton that way, since the shipping carton itself was undamaged. I can only conclude that they sent me an item that could not have been sold in the store. If you are going to send out rejects,  I should at least get a discount.

Arrived damaged

Libby’s green beans are very good. However, this particular delivery had issues. The boxes were obviously thrown around and badly damaged. Upon inspection, two cans were dented so deeply that they were leaking. I had no option except to trash them. 

I appreciate the opportunity to make you aware of how the delivery was mishandled.

Every single can was damaged. The box was not damaged which tells me they were damaged before they were shipped. I wont order can goods again as they are not returnable.

Every can in the carton was damaged as well as the carton itself! It had been shipped this way because the shipping box was not damaged at all! I had to drive to Grand Junction from Rifle to returned these damaged cans of green beans and get a refund.
