Glad I took a chance on this coffee because I found it to be extremely smooth and flavorful with no detectable acidity or bitterness. Because I like my coffee full-bodied, I selected the "Strong" button and 8 ounces on my coffeemaker, resulting in an espresso-like feel and flavor. I now have a second favorite along with Pike Place.
