    Appliance Delivery 1, Basic Installation 2, and Haul-Away 3 Information for Refrigerators, Washers, Electric Dryers, and Electric Ranges

    The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

    1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

    2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, customer will need to hire 3rd party installer to complete installation. Basic Installation covers standard installations as per the provided guidelines of covers standard connection to existing, up-to-code utilities (like plugging in an electric range or connecting a refrigerator’s water line). It also includes the haul-away of your old appliance. Complex installations, which may require additional time, materials, or specialized equipment, or home modifications are not included in the Basic Installation. Customers are responsible for hiring a third-party installer to complete such installations. 2 step installation - A second appointment may be required with a license installer in some municipalities that require licensed installers in order to complete installation of Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves.

    3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

    For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

    • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
    • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
    • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
    • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
    • Convert gas or propane lines
    • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
    • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
    • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.
    • Uninstall or relocate built- in appliances. Will haul away only if uninstalled before delivery and if a haul-away service was purchased with delivery. NOTE: Built-in refrigerators cannot be hauled away.

    Fresh, Neat, and Effortless

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a family member of an LG employee, and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. I purchased the styler three months ago and have been using it very happily ever since. Especially during the winter, it feels like an absolute must-have. When I put thick outerwear, which is hard to wash frequently, into the styler, the clothes come out neatly refreshed with a pleasant scent. It honestly makes me wish I had bought it much earlier. After each cycle, a soft, refreshing fragrance fills the room, and that alone makes me want to use the styler more often. Sometimes, I even leave the door open just to let the scent spread. My son's hobby is collecting soccer jerseys, and they're often difficult to wash after just one wear. Using the styler has completely solved this long-standing concern, which I'm very happy about. These days, I strongly recommend it to friends who don't have a styler yet, telling them it's truly a winter essential.

    I enjoyed this

All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. I want to say how elegant the design of it is and how easily it fits into my bedroom. Plugging it in and getting it operational was very seamless. The instruction manuals were very informative and simple to read through. I was surprised by how effective the unit was when it came to ironing out wrinkles and my white shirts and my suit pants (the test of which being that the suit pants were very, very wrinkled at the time I was testing it and that they were nearly perfect by the time they had come out, and perfect the second time I ran it in the machine) The scent is very refreshing after use, and I felt cleaner in the clothes I was wearing almost as if it was pressed fit for me. It has plenty of room for both pants and my suits and shirts to be used in a single load and the options available to me for what I could use the machine for were more than I expected.

    Great for the Family Who has kids

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had small & old style before, It was very nice product…but After I change to this unit. With huge capacity, Stylish Design. I love this product. I don't need to spend expensive cost for dry cleaning, I just need to put my jacket of trouser in it and push start!. Actually my wife love this product. Because We have 2 teenage kids who change their jacket everyday.
