Easy to make. I used a 9 by 6 Pyrex loaf pan and baked for one hour. Came out with a nice crunchy top and super moist inside. Was very tasty without frosting or butter. Awesome just the bread with nothing to add to the pumpkin spice flavor

Prep time 10 minutes for perfect pumpkin bread.

Add a 15 oz can of pumpkin and 2 beaten eggs. (Maybe some extra cinnamon, nutmeg &/or ginger if you like). Pour into pre-greased glass loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min to 60 min (check at 45 min with a toothpick; if it's clean, you're done, if not, keep baking). Perfect pumpkin bread.
