KRILL OIL

Krill Oil is stated to be more absorbable than Fish Oil so I'm glad we can get it for a better cost from Sam's. You need to take 2 capsules to total daily 800 mg. but this is definitely O.K. since the dosage of 1 capsule of 800 mg. was one huge capsule. Now there's no swallowing issue because of the smaller size.

I am so happy to have found these. I really like the size. I have had a hard time swallowing most fish oil pills as they tend to be so large. I haven't been taking them long, so I can't give a review on overall benefit yet.
