With the help from these bars, I've lost over 200 pounds. These ice cream bars are so good I hardly feel that I am on a health journey. I've consumed these bars on occasion and never had an issue with weightloss stalling. Our family will buy a box of these and consume the entire box on the way home. They are large and delicious. The reason we eat the entire box in one trip is because we live in Florida and we live over an hour away. I can't even finish 1 without feeling content but my children can down several bars each.
