History

11 generations of the Nolet family have run the Nolet distillery. Ketel One Vodka was created in 1983 by the 10th generation of the Nolet family, and the Nolet Distillery was founded over 330 years ago in 1691. To commemorate our family heritage, every member of the Nolet family that has headed the distillery is listed on the side of our bottle. To guarantee the quality of the liquid, every batch of Ketel One Vodka is approved and signed off – quite literally – by a Nolet family member. And has been since the beginning. Every bottle of Ketel One Vodka is made in Schiedam, Holland. And every bottle is graced with our family crest. A seal of authenticity and a guarantee of quality.
