• Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise.
• Alter property to complete delivery, if the appliance does not fit through the door, the appliance will be left in the garage or a covered, dry area if available.
• Move any furniture to clear a path.
• If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the delivery team may leave the appliance in a safe, dry area outside the home. If none is available, the appliance will be returned to the terminal, and an appointment will be rescheduled.
